Description:
Come join the innovative team at this leading specialty chemicals company. Be a major contributor to this well established, mid-size manufacturer of industrial chemicals used in hard surface cleaning products for floors, glass, tables, etc. Interact with customers and develop new surfactant chemistries and formulations.

Be responsible for the formulation and blending of surfactants unique to customers' needs.

Develop new hard surface cleaning products utilizing your knowledge and experience in surfactant chemistries.

Work with customers and other staff scientists to develop and optimize formulations.

Write, review and implement appropriate documentation as needed to maintain regulatory compliance.

Work independently with minimal supervision, and within a group.

B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.

A minimum of three years of industrial experience in product development of hard surface cleaning products.

Proficiency in formulation chemistries such as amine surfactants, alcohol ethoxylates, defoamers, etc.

Positive attitude, outgoing personality, high energy level and good communication skills are essential.

Must be willing to become a major contributor to the growth of this company.
